The Hellenic Cultural Institute KORYFEI has an extensive costume collection. It has authentic costumes dating back to the 1890s, as well as authentically made accurate copies.

All costumes are well preserved, and undergarments are washed regularly. Dancers are taught how to put them on, how to tie kerchiefs in the various characteristic headdresses of each region, and how to fold and store each costume piece properly.
